This gravy separator removes fat from gravies. You can make healthier sauces by simply pouring the cooking juices from a meat through the strainer, then letting the fat rise to the top and removing the stopper to pour the cooking liquid leaving the fat behind. A hook has been created on the strainer to keep the stopper safe when not in use.
The project brief was to re-design an existing Tudeau product as its mold was worn, keeping the popular features but improving the function & aesthetics.
