cast iron pan
It's not ideal to serve a meal in the pan used to cook it as the handle gets in the way. Yet, once dinner is ready to serve, wouldn't it be easier to bring it right to the table without having to transfer it to a serving bowl first ?
The design of this cast iron pan with a removable handle relies on a specific profile around the pan. The handle securely holds the pan, like a pair of pliers, while we take it from the stove top to the table. Once the handle is removed, it looks like a simple serving dish.
