This citrus press is designed for Alambika, a drink accessory company, with their end users in mind : barmen. It features a base that funnels the juice into a glass or a shaker with an incorporated strainer. The top lever has a recess that accommodates the stem of the lemon or lime, preventing it from moving while pressing down.
